Case Management Plan Adoption

ANNOUNCEMENT – ADOPTION OF REVISED CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN

Maryland Rule 16-302(b) provides for each circuit court to develop, implement and monitor a case management plan for the prompt and efficient scheduling and disposition of actions in the circuit court, which shall include a system of differentiated case management.  In accordance with the Rule, the Circuit Court for Baltimore City has adopted revised Differentiated Case Management plans for each of its four divisions.  These plans were approved by the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals on December 8, 2016.  The revised plans will be implemented beginning January 3, 2017.  The revised plans (together with links to new case information report forms) are available on the website of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City at www.baltimorecitycourt.org.
