Use of Cell Phones and Other Devices
NOTICE
PHOTOGRAPHY BY CELL PHONE OR OTHER DEVICE IS PROHIBITED
Taking, recording, or transmitting photographs, videos, or other images in this courthouse is prohibited, as is the use of cell phone or other electronic device in a manner that interferes with court proceedings or the work of court personnel.
Court and Security personnel may confiscate an electronic device that is used in violation of this Rule, without liability for loss or damage to the device.
An individual who willfully violates the Rule may be found in contempt of court and sanctioned by the court.
